The highlighted lien was too much money for me so I told a friend to buy it. I checked it out and knew it was good. Our oral agreement was, if he got the property, we would sell it and split the money minus his costs. He got hit by a car crossing the street and died. Not sure if he told his wife about it but she died too. Now only his daughter is alive and still
